You can also have a "live" look at our products and buy them at our store in Westerlo. This is only possible after making an appointment. If you toggle on the option "Pick up yourself" while placing your order and making your payment, we will contact you personally to arrange your pick up. Our packages get shipped by Bpost, a reliable and fast partner.
When you log in on our webshop, you are directed to an overview of your purchases. Once your package is on its way, here you will find the corresponding transport code. Using this code on the website of BPost will show you exactly where you package is at that moment.
If you are not at home when the mailman comes to deliver your package, he will either request a second delivery moment via telephone or you will be able to pick up the package in the post office/a PostPunt (within the next 14 days).
You can return your order within the next seven (7) days. Returns are only accepted if the product's package is not damaged and if we receive the product in its original state.
Returning your order is at your own risk and you are responsible for the costs for returning the order. Upon receiving the product and the above conditions are met, you'll receive a voucher of the same amount to spend in our store.
If you are returning your order due to a wrong size, color or model, you can let us know via email what correct size, color, model you would like to receive after returning the purchased product.

All products get inspected thoroughly for possible defects, before they get shipped to the customer.
In case you would still notice something upon delivery of your product, you can return the product free of charge within a week.
Leather is a natural product, no skin is the same. It is possible that the leather-based product you ordered deviates slightly from the picture shown on the webshop. The color is the same, but they could for example be more or less nerves on the surface.
- leather products: these can become a bit more dull over time. You can maintain the bag and color by lubricating the product with a colorless wax from time to time. This can also be used to make possible scratches less visible. Do not use shoe cream for the scarfs in suede! A fold in the leather can be ironed out, however make sure your iron is not too hot and cover the leather with a towel for protection.
- textile products: you can wash these by hand. Do not dry this in the machine. It is better to hang them somewhere to dry. To remove possible folds or curls from the scarf, you can iron it while covering the textile with a towel for protection.
Depending on the nature of the damage, we can repair your product.
To the extent possible, the repairs are done as well as possible by the designer herself. The costs for repairing and for sending the product are for the customer. These costs are discussed beforehand.
