Gift cards can be delivered by email and contain a code and instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Gift cards by email can be used in the online store but also in our Flagshipstores and pop-ups.

Our products are already treated against moisture and dirt, but it's still necessary to keep your handbag clean to make them last longer.
We gathered some tips & tricks for you to wax, cream, clean, spray and love your Mieke Dierckx even more. You can find them on our care & repair page. Next to that we've tested some products thoroughly. We suggest products of Collonil, you can find our selection here.
When you’re not using your handbag, keep them in their dust bags. Also, to keep the shape of the bag, try to fill it with some paper during the off season.
Our bags are made to last. That’s why it’s necessary to take care of them. A broken buckle, loose stitching … can for sure be fixed. Please go to one of our shops or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with some information about your repair. Depending on the nature of the damage, we can repair your product.
Once the repair arrived in our Flagshipstore in Westerlo we’ll take a look at the repair. Depending the nature of the damage and the date of purchase we will calculate costs for repairing and discuss them before taking further steps.Most cases are under warranty (expect toxic damaging ). Most of our repairs will go to our production team in Portugal, to maintain the same finishing . As a result, the repair time is at least 5 weeks.
